These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Royal Auto Detailing’s website and services. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Royal Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing and related services throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with certain services (such as paint protection film) available by private drop-off only. Service availability may vary by vehicle, location, and condition.
Prices shown are starting prices and assume an average-condition vehicle. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition. Any additional labor or condition-related charges will be discussed and approved before work begins. Some services (such as ceramic coating and paint correction) require a custom quote or inspection.
Royal Monthly Care is a recurring monthly subscription, not a prepaid package of visits. By enrolling, you authorize Royal Auto Detailing to charge your payment method the then current monthly amount automatically each month, on the same day of each month, until you cancel.
Eligibility. Enrollment requires a completed initial Royal Full Detail, plus any additional work needed to establish a maintainable condition. We confirm your service history and your vehicle’s current condition before enrollment. The initial detail is charged separately from the monthly plan.
What is included. The plan covers one visit per month for one enrolled vehicle, and includes the standard Full Detail services performed as needed or on request during that visit. Specialty add-ons, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, odor and mold work, and similar services are not included and are quoted separately. “On request” refers to the included work during your monthly visit; it does not mean unlimited appointments.
Unused visits do not roll over. Your monthly visit is use it or lose it. If you do not schedule and complete your visit within the billing month, that visit expires at the end of that month. It does not accumulate, carry forward, transfer to another vehicle or person, or convert to a credit or refund, and no partial or prorated refund is issued for an unused month.
Scheduling. Visits are by appointment and subject to availability, weather and suitable working conditions. Please book early in your billing month so there is time to reschedule if needed. A missed or cancelled appointment that cannot be rescheduled within the same billing month is treated as an unused visit under the paragraph above.
Cancellation and changes. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at (725) 500-7234 or Info@royalautodetailinglasvegas.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing month; the month already paid for is not refunded. We may change the monthly price or the included services with reasonable advance notice, and we may end a plan if a vehicle’s condition can no longer be reasonably maintained under the plan.
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel.
Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with the work we performed, tell us within a reasonable time and we will return to correct it. This guarantee covers the workmanship of the services you purchased; it is not a guarantee that every stain, scratch, odor or defect can be removed, and it does not cover pre-existing damage or normal use after service.
We take great care with every vehicle; however, results depend on the vehicle’s condition. We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, water spots, or pre-existing damage, and we will set expectations before beginning work. Mold, biohazards, and similar conditions are assessed and quoted separately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Auto Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions, or for indirect or incidental damages. Please remove valuables from your vehicle before service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
